Spooky season has officially arrived. There is a chill in the air and the leaves are falling. Several of our seniors braved the SAT test this weekend. It is remarkable how different the experience is nowadays, with the exam being administered digitally, all on your own device!
Aside from the usual practices and rehearsals, there are a couple of important reminders. First, we do not have school on Monday, October 12th in observance of Indigenous Persons' Day. Second, school picture day will be on Thursday, October 15th. See the flyer below for directions on how to pre-register and access your photos immediately. This will be our first year using a local vendor, and we feel pretty good about it.

We caught up with some friends at the Festival of Champions in Belfast Odin and Elsie ran for Camden Hills and also and they both had great runs! It was good to see familiar faces! We wish them luck for the rest of their Cross Country seasons! |

Our football players got to participate in the Oceanside Homecoming parade and we got to see our Varsity Football player play under the lights on Friday night! A fun night for all! |
| This week in art we dove into color theory, and began experimenting with various watercolor techniques. If your children come home splattered in paint, it can only mean it was a very productive day! |
| Sigmund ran in the Festival of Champions this weekend in Belfast. There were hundreds of runners and schools from all over Maine, out of state schools and even schools from Canada! Congrats on a great race, Sigmund! |
