As we have all learned of the devastating news, please keep the Demmons family in your thoughts. Please also keep each other and your families in your thoughts as we seek to process this tremendous grief and loss in our community.
In a previous message that we sent last week, additional counseling resources and other supports will be made available at school on Tuesday. For part of the day, we will also provide time and space for remembrance and reflection for students and staff. Additional details will be provided tomorrow.
Please review the schedule carefully as we have a variety of additional athletic events coming up, as well as our kick-off sports boosters event.
Regarding the Hurricane Island trip on Tuesday, 10/14: Students should meet at Waterman’s at 7:50am to be picked up to go to Hurricane. We’ll be back sometime between 3:15 / 3:30p.
Rain is in the forecast - students should dress accordingly (rain jackets, boots, layers) & bring a water bottle and swimsuit/towel if they would like to swim.
