First and foremost, let's congratulate Bryn Campbell for having his artwork displayed at the Portland Museum of Art as part of Youth Art Month. You can check out his and other entries here.
From the looks of it, we will be exchanging the basketball court for the stage in the coming weeks with some theater ahead of us. Students have been working quickly for the One-Acts competition. Additionally, many kids and adults alike will be involved in the upcoming production of the musical version of Matilda.
We've also heard there was an amazing and totally lit middle school dance this weekend at Calderwood. We definitely look forward to seeing some pictures and many thanks to the Wellness Committee and all of the chaperones for their planning and support. Any opportunity that we can expand our students' peer group is well worth the effort.
