This is the last Hawksweek of 2025! 

We have a relatively quiet week coming up as the transition to winter break begins. When we return for 2026, we'll be sprinting the last few weeks to the end of the second quarter... already!

At NHCS, we've noticed a few small outbreaks of illnesses throughout the building, as is typical when you're cooped up inside during the cold winter. Please monitor symptoms and take the time needed to rest and recuperate. This is especially necessary for students on our basketball teams, with their busy practice and travel schedules.

Also make note that our food drive deadline has been extended to the 16th. Please consider making a contribution. Let's thank our high school students in particular for this initiative, which came out of a discussion during a spirited town hall meeting.
